About me
To kick things off, let me introduce myself. I'm Ms. Susan, and I've been immersed in the world of education for quite some time. With a Bachelor of Education in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, specializing in Math Education K-12, from The University of Texas, I've had the privilege of learning and teaching the fascinating realm of mathematics.
My education journey began in 2012 as a science and social studies teacher. Over the years, I've worn multiple hats, including elementary and middle school math teacher roles. I've been a mentor teacher to aspiring educators and even had the opportunity to craft an entire math curriculum for a sixth-grade math department. More recently, I've been focusing on private and small group tutoring, helping students of all ages and abilities unlock their potential in math and other content areas.
