Our sessions are strategically scheduled to ensure availability, and we'll certainly do our utmost to accommodate same-day requests. Sessions operate in 1-hour increments, with a 50-minute learning period and a reserved 10 minutes for our tutors to prepare session notes and transition smoothly to the next client. Prepping for Success: For a highly efficient session, we kindly request the submission of any relevant work or notes to schoolwork@mathwizdom.com in advance. This allows our tutors to thoroughly review the material before our time together. Flexible Duration Options: Customize your learning experience with flexible session durations. Whether it's a deep dive or a quick brush-up, we tailor our sessions to suit your specific needs. Smooth Payment Process: Seamlessly initiate your math journey by completing the payment at the time of booking through our secure online system. Time Management Matters: Please be mindful of time commitments. If you anticipate running late, do inform us promptly. Sessions will commence promptly, and if no attendees are present within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will regrettably be canceled without refund. Late Arrival Protocol: Should you find yourself arriving late, the session will conclude at the initially scheduled time. Unfortunately, extensions are not possible to maintain the integrity of our schedule. Refund Considerations: Refunds are granted for cancellations made within the specified notice period. In the event of dissatisfaction with a session, we encourage direct contact to promptly address and resolve any concerns collaboratively.
