If Ms. Susan's calendar shows availability, even if it's 9:55 pm and you have a challenging assignment, you can schedule a session for 10 pm that night. Rest assured, Ms. Susan has got you covered! Just a friendly request from her: once you've completed the last-minute booking, especially if it's really last minute, kindly send a text message to Math Wizdom at 830-200-9016 to confirm the session. We want to make sure that your booking is received so that Ms. Susan can join your session promptly.
Cancellation Policy
- Our sessions are booked in 1 hr. increments and each session lasts 50 mins long, leaving 10 mins. for tutor to type up session notes and get to next client. - Longer/Shorter sessions are available upon request. - Payment is due at the time of booking. - Late Arrivals. If you have not shown up within 15 mins of the scheduled start time, your session with be forfeited. - Arriving Late- session will end at the scheduled time. We will not extend the session to accommodate the delay. -Refunds are provided for cancellations made within our notice period. In case of dissatisfaction with a session, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue. -Rescheduling is allowed if done within the same week. -For Last Minute Bookings-to ensure our tutor joins your session promptly, we ask that you please text 8302009016 as soon as you book to confirm. Also, please send your work either by text or to homeworkhelp@mathwizdom.com -Please note that during homework help/study sessions, we concentrate on homework/projects/study guides/other coursework and will not provide additional resources. (Unless it's something the Ms. Susan feels will enhance the sessions and she has it on hand)
