Cancellation Policy
- To book a session, please visit our online booking platform or contact us directly. - Sessions are typically scheduled in advance to ensure availability. Same-day sessions may be accommodated when possible. - Our sessions are booked in 1 hr. increments and each session lasts 50 mins long, leaving 10 mins. for tutor to type up session notes and get to next client. - We ask that you please send any work/notes that you would like to go over/complete, as soon as possible so our tutor can review it and plan to make your session as effective and efficient as possible. You may send in your notes/work to schoolwork@mathwizdom.com. - Longer/Shorter sessions are available upon request. - Payment is due at the time of booking through our secure online payment system. - Late Arrivals. If you have not shown up within 15 mins of the scheduled start time, your session with be forfeited. - If you arrive late for a session, the session will end at the scheduled time. We will not be able to extend the session to accommodate the delay. -Refunds are provided for cancellations made within our notice period. In case of dissatisfaction with a session, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
